MEITAI has the capability to design in both 2D and 3D CAD platforms, depending on the application or customer requirements. We are able to communicate through most standard 3D packages (UGS, Pro/Engineer, Solidworks, IGES, and STEP files). All designs in 2D are developed using the AUTOCAD software package.

MEITAI's tool manufacturing facility utilizes modern machining technology to provide our customers with the highest quality tools. In addition to our conventional tooling equipment, MEITAI has 3-axis CNC machining centers to manufacture complex forms. MEITAI utilizes UGS CAM and MASTERCAM software packages to develop all of our CNC programs.

As part of the tool qualification process, MEITAI will perform tool trials on all dies using stamping presses with NC feed lines to simulate production at your facility. This is done to insure that our tools will be production ready, capable and repeatable, when they reach your facility.
