| Q2: How do you prevent proprietary or confidential information from being disclosed? |

A: We handle all of our customer’s proprietary and confidential information in strict confidence.
Generally, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement with our customers upon request.

| Q3: How do I get a quotation? |
|
A: You can send your RFQ packages to sales@meitai-tech.com for a quotation.
Standard Chinese tooling will be quoted unless a tooling specification is included with your
RFQ package. |

| Q4: What is your tooling RFQ lead time? |
|
A: Tooling quotations are generally completed in 2-3 working days.
For complicated or specialized tooling, quotations can take up to 5 working days. |

| Q5: What are your typical tooling lead times? |
|
A: For most of the tools we produce, we can have off tool parts ready within 8 weeks from the
receipt of purchase orders.
Shipment ready tools can be ready within 10-12 weeks.
On certain occasions, we have been able to expedite tools as fast as 6 weeks.

A: Our company can produce progressive dies (Asian style & USA style), line dies, transfer dies,
and check fixtures. |

|
| A: Tools can range in size from 300mm (12”) in length to 3200mm (126”) in length. |

| Q9: Can your company obtain standard materials and components from other countries? |
|
A: Yes, please download the materials and component selection file for a list of materials
and components that we can obtain.

| Q10: Do you have try-out presses to test the tooling for final tool approval? |
|
A: Yes, we have 2 mechanical presses with NC feed lines in our factory to test your tools for
final tool approval.

| Q11: Can you assist us with shipping the tooling to our factory? |
|
A: Yes, we can make arrangements to ship the tools to your factory. We have the necessary
licenses and relationships with several freight forwarding companies who can handle port-to-port
or door-to-door services.
However, since we are not in the logistics business, all shipping related costs will need to
be prepaid before the shipment.

| Q12: What is the normal shipping lead time for tooling to North America? |
|
A: Normal shipping lead times to the North American west coast ports are 3-4 weeks and
depending on your location from the port, the shipment can take a few days to two weeks to
reach your factory.
